At Tack Up, we offer a selection of high-quality second-hand equestrian products. We understand that buying pre-loved items requires extra consideration, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your second-hand product, please read through our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns on most second-hand products within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was received (i.e., no signs of additional use or wear beyond normal handling).
  • The item must be returned with any accessories or parts that came with it, if applicable.
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Please note that as these are pre-owned items, they may show signs of wear or age. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph any imperfections, but please keep in mind that second-hand items are sold as-is.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following second-hand items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or modified after purchase.
  • Horse care products or grooming items that have been opened or used
  • Products that are clearly sold “as-is” or marked as non-returnable due to their condition

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note the following:

  • Refunds will be issued within 5 working days of us receiving the returned item.
  • The refund will cover the price of the returned item(s) only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • As our second-hand products are sold at discounted prices, we cannot offer refunds based on subjective preferences regarding the item’s condition, such as minor signs of use or wear.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for second-hand products. If you wish to exchange a second-hand item for a different product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a second-hand item that is faulty or incorrect, we will gladly accept a return and issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs. To qualify for a refund or replacement, the following conditions apply:

  • Faulty items: If your item is defective or damaged in a way that was not disclosed during the sale (e.g., functional issues), you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
  • Incorrect items: If we sent the wrong item, we will arrange for a return and send the correct product at no extra charge.

6. How to Return an Item

To return an item, follow these steps:

  2. Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely.
  3. Prepare the Return: Ensure that the item is securely packed and in its original condition, including any parts, accessories, or packaging it came with.
  4. Send the Return: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return address. Please send the item back to us within 14 days of receiving your return authorization.
